iSimplify is a training organisation that takes the complexity out of compliance for the mining industry. With the goal to simplify their processes, and maximise their automation, founder Lesley Cooper, reached out to Agility HQ for guidance.

The Challenge

With every student that comes on board, there are complex and heavy administrative systems and processes to ensure they are compliant. iSimplify were managing it with spreadsheets and manual processes, however Lesley had a feeling that they could really automate a lot of the actions so the team could scale and help more people.

The Automation

The Agility HQ team created a workflow of their entire process from onboarding, to sending the certificates to the student and company contacts. They highlighted the many areas that could be automated or improved and then, in stages, the team set to work.

The first stage was automating the onboarding process using Jotform, Docupilot and Zapier to bring all information into Airtable. Then, building systems to digitise their class sign on, and training processes.

The Outcome

The iSimplify team were able to move into the Airtable ecosystem and found the benefit of seamless workflows, as well as automations that saved them hours each week.

Ultimately, working within Airtable created a type of “live dashboard” of information, as opposed to a stale, static spreadsheet. Rather than the iSimplify team being tied up with managing and maintaining systems, they’re now able to concentrate on providing industry-class service and growing their business.
